The Architect of Ruin

Engineer Roger Harlan spent three years supporting Roy Miles's business, helping him thrive. But greed twists Roy. He cruelly kicks out the loyal workers of Riverside Site, mocking them as "broke losers" to chase art students instead. Furious at the betrayal, Roger backs Sadie Porter to crush Roy's business overnight. Now bankrupt and desperate, Roy plots a deadly final move to drag everyone down with him... but he has no idea he's walking straight into a trap he can never escape.
